Legat Owen is a Chartered Surveyor and Commercial Estate Agent company based on the North West.

They were looking for a solution that would help their employees work remotely without hindering their productivity.


We have been working upgrading and migrating a number of Legat Owen’s key applications and services over to a Cloud-based platform since 2018.

Based across two separate sites, our team took the time to evaluate Legat Owen’s current systems, before proposing and delivering the right solutions at the right value point.

We moved data and key operational applications into Microsoft Azure and we are now in the process of moving and introducing / training the team on using SharePoint Online and OneDrive as part of their day-to-day productivity environment, alongside Office 365.

As well as this on-going project work, we continue to support the team at Legat Owen and maintain their systems on a day-to-day basis with our IT Support Desk team being on hand to help, whether that’s over the phone, via e-mail or visiting the site.


Technology underpins the whole Legat Owen operation and so, it was incredibly important to deliver a solution that worked across the entire staff base working in close collaboration with various members of the Legat Owen team.
