It’s hard to believe that just two years ago we were setting up Highstream Solutions from scratch with no clients. However, what we did have in our corner was great people, industry experience and bags of ambition.

We set up Highstream Solutions because we’d seen and experienced other IT providers – mainly big businesses – who were providing largely outdated advice and support for businesses.

It was these big players that dominated our industry, and we felt it was ripe for a shakeup.

Step forward two years and our client base has gone from zero to over 50 valued SME and high growth businesses across the North West and North Wales.

From establishing new working sites to upgrading existing systems, the breadth of projects we have worked across has been varied, exciting and allowed us to nurture some really strong relationships with our clients.

We are very thankful that our clients have put their faith in us and continue to do so by trusting us to manage hundreds of users with IT support services and additional projects.

Our ambitions coming to fruition…

Our approach has reaped rewards too. Within the last year, our turnover has increased significantly, right on track with our growth targets.

We set ourselves a target in our second year of business to double client numbers without compromising on our commitment to a best-in-class service, both of which have been accomplished. In year two we’ve managed to double the number of companies we work with and maintained an engaged, highly-satisfied client base.

Some of our work this past year included large IT projects for Chester-based Legat Owen, Hawarden’s LCA Group and Winsford-based Tiger Trailers. We have some interesting insight to the work we completed coming very soon to our social channels, so watch this space!

I can’t blog about our success and business growth without mentioning the huge role the Highstream team have played in the growth of our business. From day one, our recruitment ethos has been to hire experienced IT professionals, who are hungry to learn and work with cutting edge technology. And we’ve succeeding in doing just that.

All our staff have stepped up to the challenge and worked tirelessly for our clients.

We provide our people with a clear path to grow with us in a young, hard-working, ambitious business. Like our clients, we are extremely grateful that they have put their faith in us as a business.

Looking to the future…

Our set-up, technology and commitment to growth has allowed us to be able to take on a significant number of projects for hundreds of users already in 2019.

With big brands and SME’s across the North West and North Wales looking to work with us, we have the infrastructure in place to provide a personal, local touch without having to break the bank.

We want to become the first name on the list for successful and growing businesses in the North West and North Wales, when it comes to choosing the right IT support, solution and hardware provider.
